MacBook 2018 release date, news and rumors

[ad_1]

It’s been more than a year since the latest version of the 12-inch MacBook made it to market. We’re ready for the sequel.

On paper, the MacBook 2017 was everything we’d been asking for from Apple since its rebirth in 2015. Apple’s signature Butterfly keyboard is better than ever, while the internals also advanced dramatically, thanks to the inclusion of 7th-generation Intel Kaby Lake processors.

However, Whiskey Lake processors have hit the market and feature much better performance than their 7th-generation Kaby Lake predecessors. So, we hope that the Macbook 2018 uses these to take a huge jump over its predecessor – just like what we saw with the MacBook Pro 2018.

And, while the MacBook 2018 was absent at the iPhone XS event, Apple just announced an October 30 hardware event in Brooklyn. We’re pretty confident that the MacBook 2018 and maybe even the MacBook Air 2018 will be present. Either way, make sure you keep this page bookmarked, as we’ll update it with any new information that comes our way.
