The VKL280 series has a 127mm x 76mm footprint with a thin 30mm profile and, according to Fidus, offers a convection cooled power rating of 210W, rising to 280W when force-cooled.

The five models in the series can output voltages from 12VDC up to 54VDC and can operate from -20 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees.

They also features a 12V fan rail, 5V standby, a remote on/off control as standard and low noise.

They have an AC input range of 90V up to 264V

The series is compliant with the latest IT and medical safety standards and offers up to 92.5% efficiency, meaning reduced waste heat and an extended lifetime.

The launch of the VKL280 series from FiDUS follows the recent introduction of a 40W series of power supplies.
