With the arrival of Foxtel Now, Australians were finally given the opportunity to watch the pay TV service’s huge and impressive content lineup without having to sign up for a full Foxtel contract. 

Since launch, the only way to browse Foxtel Now’s content on your television was with a Telstra TV box – a product only available to Telstra customers. 

Thankfully, Foxtel Now support has been expanded with the release of a new PlayStation 4 app, which is available to download right now on the PlayStation store – just in time for the arrival of Game of Thrones’ seventh season on July 17, 2017.

If you’d previously downloaded the Foxtel Play app on your PS4, an update will automatically start the next time you boot it up – this will turn it into Foxtel Now. 

Don’t own a PS4? No problem – Foxtel has assured us that more devices, including PlayStation 3, Xbox One and select smart TVs, will receive the update in the coming months.
